Art of Parenting Class
Faith Outreach Church will be hosting a parenting class led by Pastors Joey and Erin Hartman. They LOVE to equip parents with tools they can use to "train up a child" to know Jesus! Using the Biblically based curriculum called "The Art of Parenting" created by Family Life Ministries, you'll learn things like forming character, applying discipline, nurturing identity, and so much more.
Classes will be on Thursdays, beginning February 9th. Childcare will be available, but you will need to RSVP before coming. We will be meeting in the lunchroom and using the Mercury Boulevard access. Class begins at 6:30pm. You can RSVP with Mrs. Evans in the office or email Pastor Joey at fochampton@gmail.com. We look forward to spending some time with you.

On Wednesday, March 20th, we will be starting our spring fundraiser, Coins for Education! Each family will be given a container to collect donations from friends, family members, and others! When the container is full bring it in and take it back home to refill again. Help us reach our 2024 goal!!! Thank you in advance!
Can you believe it is almost the end of the third nine weeks? This school year is flying by! The third nine weeks ends on Friday, March 15th so there will be a teacher work day that afternoon. Students in K5-5th grade will be dismissed at 12:00 pm. This does not affect preschool classes.
Casual Picture Day is just around the corner!!! On February 22nd, students will be taking individual pictures only! NO sibling pictures! K5 students will be taking cap and gown photos. K5 parents should check with the teacher to see if there are any specific requirements. Get ready to say, "Cheese!"
We will be closed for Monday, February 19th, for President's Day. School will resume on Tuesday, February 20th.
Want to buy great books for your child AND help us raise money for our school?? Then participate in this year's Book Fair! It's easier than ever to purchase online, set up E-cash for your child to spend in their account online, or send in cash! As we get closer to the Book Fair, more information will be handed out to parents!
Wednesday, February 7th, is our 100th Day of School. As part of our celebration, we're asking all of our staff and students to dress like they're 100 years old! We can't wait to celebrate 100 days of learning this school year!
Friday, February 2, 2024, we will be closed for a Teacher Workday. Students will resume school on Monday, February 5, 2020.
We will have our monthly school spirit day on Friday, January 26th, 2024. This month we're asking the students to dress like emergency workers to not only show school spirit and support to the amazing team of emergency workers who serve our city!
We will be closed on Monday, January 15th to remember and honor Martin Luther King, Jr. School will resume on Tuesday, January 16th.
